To have an image as your signature all you need to do is:

1. Create your image
2. go to http://www.tinypic.com
3. upload it then choose the option "MG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
4. Copy the code
5. Go to Profile, then to Signature
6. Copy the code in
7. Click save

Done!
